What kind of models can be connected?
- If you want to connect an Android phone via a Type-C data cable, please make sure that your phone has a Type-C interface and supports audio and video transmission (USB 3.1).
- If you use a Type-C cable to connect your laptop, please make sure your device is equipped with Type-C (Thunderbolt 3).
- If you use HDMI to connect your laptop/computer device, please use the included 18W adapter or higher specification PD adapter to power the monitor.
- If you want to connect an IOS device, please contact seller to purchase the Lighting to HDMI dongle correctly, and use the attached 18W adapter to power the display.
- Since the portable display does not have a built-in battery, when the laptop is low on power, the output power of the device may only be connected to Type-C and cannot work normally. When you need to work at high brightness and volume, use the included 18W adapter or a higher specification PD adapter to power the monitor.
