Metal design – angled

An all-rounder with all the benefits of the slanted and sturdy metal construction. Compact and handy, this small cutting machine is ready to use with all cutting work. Not only bread, fruit, vegetables, cheese and more can be easily cut with the device. All parts that provide stability are made of metal, making the device robust and cut precisely.

Safety momentary and continuous switch.

There are two operating modes to choose from. For short operation, the switch is pressed to position “II”. The circular blade runs as long as the switch remains pressed in this position. For continuous operation, the switch is pressed to the position “I”. The circular meter runs in this mode without holding the switch down until the switch is replaced in the “0” position.

Removable sledge

The slide of the E 16 all-rounder can be easily removed for oversized cutting or for cleaning.

Smoothly adjustable cutting thickness

The cutting thickness is from wafer-thin to approx. 20mm precise adjustment Thanks to the continuous cutting strength setting, the material can be cut into appetising slices.

Knife.

The serrated blade made of stainless steel ensures the perfect “cut”. It is recommended for use of any kind. The serrated blade can be used to cut both hard and soft food into appetising slices.

Knife lock

The knife can be easily removed with the help of a coin lock for cleaning.

Food collection tray

The food collection tray is placed below the round knife, so that the cut discs fall on it. The practical food collection tray made of high-quality, easy-care plastic is suitable for serving the cut.

Power is inserted here. The E 16 all-rounder is powered by a 65 watt eco motor, which is 20% more economical and still 50% more powerful than the previous model. By using this energy-saving motor, a positive contribution to the protection of the environment.
