What Can We Do to Better Adapt to a Weighted Blanket?
A weighted blanket is heavier than normal blanket. If you have got a suitable weighted blanket based on your body weight and bed size, pls spend 7-10 days to adapt to the blanket weight. For the new user, pls cover your waist and hip first while avoiding your shoulders and calves. Then, slowly adjust the blanket and cover the whole body.
