The Diadem Plus cookware series
With Diadem Plus, WMF has designed a series that will prove itself in daily use over the long term. Suitable for cooking small portions, the stainless steel pots with profile handles also do their job reliably for larger tables. The slightly curved shape looks elegant. The temperature can be regulated precisely and no maximum heat settings are required for cooking. You can control the cooking process using the plug-in lid made of heat-resistant glass.

Profile handles
The profile handles made of Cromargan look chic and high-quality, are indestructible and dishwasher and oven safe. They are spot-welded and therefore permanently connected to the pot. No screws are used that could come loose. It proves to be an advantage that Cromargan is a weak conductor of heat. The handles are solid and can get hot during extended cooking times.
TransTherm-Allherdboden
The WMF TransTherm all-stove base consists of a strong aluminum core that is enclosed in a chrome steel capsule all around. The base is suitable for all types of stoves (including induction) because the chrome steel used for the capsule is magnetic. The floor is cambered, meaning it has a slight inward curvature. When the pot is heated, the base expands and the pot sits level on the hob. This ensures a firm stand and optimal heat conduction.

The outward edge allows liquids to be poured accurately and in a measured manner. In addition, the wide pouring rim makes it easier to pour without spilling.
Lid
The plug-in lid sits firmly in the pot and is ideal for low-water cooking. The rising steam condenses on the lid and drips back into the pot as water. The lid made of heat-resistant glass makes it possible to observe the cooking process.
